By accessing and using LineUp Magic ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LineUp Magic is a web-based tool designed to help billiards league team captains calculate valid player lineups based on skill levels and league rules.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Use Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service
- Share your account with others
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service
6. Data and Content
- You retain ownership of data you enter (player names, skill levels, etc.)
- You grant us permission to store and process your data to provide the Service
- We may delete inactive accounts after 12 months of non-payment
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of lineup calculations (verify with league rules)
- That the Service will meet your specific needs
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for league penalties resulting from lineup errors
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent activity
- Any reason at our discretion
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York State.
