Lineup Magic helps team captains calculate valid lineup combinations for 8-ball, 9-ball, and 10-ball formats based on APA, TAP, and other skill-cap league rules. It is intended for match night planning only and carries no guarantees of accuracy or rule compliance.
This tool is not to be used for gambling, wagering, or any form of sports betting. Accounts found to be used for gambling purposes will be terminated without notice.
2. No League Affiliation
Lineup Magic is an independent tool developed by Matthew Landry. It has no official relationship with the American Poolplayers Association (APA), TAP, or any regional or national billiards organization. League rules can change at any time and this tool may not always reflect the most current requirements.
3. No Accuracy Guarantee
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the correctness, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any lineup combination generated by this tool. League rules are established and enforced by each individual league organization, and those rules can change at any time without notice to Lineup Magic. You are solely responsible for verifying all lineup combinations against your league's current official rules before submitting them on match night. Incorrect lineups can result in forfeits or penalties, and Lineup Magic bears no responsibility for those outcomes under any circumstances.
Rules summaries, interpretations, examples, commentary, and strategic discussions on this site are independently written editorial content based on publicly available league rules and gameplay experience. Official league rulebooks remain the authoritative source for league governance and match rulings.
4. Errors, Omissions, and Guide Content
Lineup Magic publishes reference guides, rules summaries, franchise overviews, glossary entries, and other informational content across this site. This content is written based on personal playing experience, publicly available league documentation, and information available at the time of writing. It is provided for general reference only.

By using Lineup Magic, you accept full responsibility for your lineup decisions. This includes verifying skill level combinations independently, complying with your league's official rules, consulting your league operator for any rule interpretations, and backing up your own roster data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lineup Magic and Matthew Landry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to league penalties, match forfeits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use this site, including any content, links, recommendations, or third-party products or services referenced on this site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
